Items can be returned within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns on personalized items unless the item is materially flawed, defective or we have made a mistake in the personalization. We will be happy to issue a replacement or a full refund in these cases. We encourage you to ship all returns insured for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a returned item is found to be have been used a refund cannot be issued and the customer will need to pay shipping to have the item returned to them. All sale items are final and non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
